Shipping & Delivery

OUR WAREHOUSE IS CLOSED FROM 21ST DECEMBER TO 9TH JANUARY 2023. ALL ORDERS PLACED DURING THE HOLIDAY BREAK WILL BE DISPATCHED ON OR AFTER 9TH JANUARY 2023

Goods are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within 1-3 business days the day after payment is confirmed. Goods are dispatched with either Fastway, Toll IPEC or Australia Post depending on the product, the destination and the delivery service selected by the customer.  

STANDARD DELIVERY:
Please allow approx. 3-7 business days for delivery to Sydney, Newcastle, Wollongong, Melbourne, Geelong, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Adelaide CBD areas depending on the delivery service you select. Deliveries to other areas in Australia or remote areas can take up to 10 -15 business days depending on the destination. Delivery to International destinations may take 5 - 15 working days depending on location and type of service selected at checkout.

EXPRESS DELIVERY:
Please allow 1-3 business days for delivery to Sydney, Newcastle, Wollongong, Melbourne, Geelong, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Adelaide CBD areas  for EXPRESS Deliveries. Deliveries to other areas in Australia or remote areas can take up to 10 -15 business days depending on the destination.

WA DELIVERY DISRUPTIONS:
Items sent to Western Australia from the east coast of Australia may take up to an additional two - three weeks to be delivered (based on our current estimates). 

Heavy rain and flooding have closed the Sydney-to-Perth rail line. The Melbourne-to-Adelaide rail link was closed due to damage caused by a train derailment and reopened on 21 November, however delays are expected due to a backlog of freight.  
 
Express Post service is not affected by the rail network disruptions. If you need to send items to Western Australia urgently, consider this option. Please note that as more customers opt to use this service, there may be a 2-3 business day delivery delay.
